One Sheet Benches

No waste!
An exploration into flat-pack furniture and CNC joinery, designing different benches/ side-tables each manufactured from a third of a standard 1220 x 2440 x 18mm plywood sheet. The sheet is CNC milled to speed up manufacturing time, 3 different benches can be cut from the same sheet with zero waste. The design was iterated at a smaller scale by laser-cutting test pieces and milling small sections of joinery to test tolerances.
